Virginia Scenic Group: HUM Properties

HUM Properties have two 40' wide x 80' long x 16' high spaces that can be rented for stage space. These can be for standard sets for film work or open for commercial work. The spaces can be tailored to fit your needs. The spaces can be opened to one space, the only restriction being load bearing columns that go down the center of the full space. There are also exhaust fans for removal of any smoke and fog action. The space is accessed through a 10' x 10' opening with curtains (that block light and sound) which is directly connected to a loading dock and also a regular door at the back of the space accessed directly to the outdoors.
